I've been reading the forum for a while but never posted
Very interesting it is too!!
Does anyone know where the Axminster Artisan range of kits are made?
Or if anyone else stocks them?
Particularly the fountain pen
They're not Rizheng or Dayacom as far as I can see
I really like them but they seem expensive

Welcome. I don't have an answer for you unfortunately but I do know that Rizheng make some kits for Axminster that they will not sell to anyone else.
The empress being one of them.

Hi Peter - welcome aboard. I believe that some of Axminster's kits are made by Ace in China. I can't say if that is true of the Artisan. They are all over ebay too. Same kit I believe, but not the same price.
