Hi All,

Stumbled upon this forum yesterday and thought I would register. It looks a great resource and source of advice and encouragement. I have been turning for a couple of years now when time has permitted and have recently caught the pen turning bug. Most have been standard slimline pens so far while I learn, with a few Sierra and others thrown in for good measure. They seem pretty popular and have been given away as gifts. I have now started to get a bit more adventurous and am experimenting with some more exotic woods such as burr walnut and using aluminium inlays. Will post some pics asap.

Thanks for allowing me to join your group

Neale

WE had a doggie descended from Wales a Corgi, he was named Toro. His Kennel name was Chetwyn Myrthytidwell? where his ancestors came from.I enjoyed my travels arriving via Ireland by ferry then train journeys hither and yon. Beautiful country.

Peter.
