Hi everyone ,
I’m new to pen making so all advice will be gratefully recieved ,I’ve always had an interest in traditional shaving like Straight razors and made my own scales for the old cutthroat razors ,Also enjoyed making wooden handles for shaving brushes ,Searching a tool site I stumbled upon pen making supples never gave it a thought that you could make pens ,I thought now that looks interesting ,I’ve got my small lathe and tools so looking forward to starting and seeing where pens take me ,I found this forum tonight and it looks a very interesting place I’ll spend my nights reading and learning ,Advice is always gratefully recieved ,Thanks for reading

Welcome Ian.
Plenty of advice on here, just ask.
I always say, go and visit your local wood turning club.
That way you can see what they do.
Have fun.
