As you know I have been in Llandudno these past 3 weeks & I've taken some pics to show what you generosity is helping to fund.
A sensory woodland garden is being made for members to enjoy the solitude & nature in general. it has taken 200 volunteers 2 years to get the garden to this stage & the work is ongoing. Your funds have helped to finance materials & furnishings for the garden. The path is laid with Welsh slate then tarmac then the red non-slip top surface. the path is lined on each side with posts with guide rope as you will see from the pics.
An oak signpost is erected near the entrance with the distances from Llandudno to Blind Veterans HQ, London, the Brighton & Sheffield centres.
This is looking down from the entrance showing the first summer house.
Opposite is this carved owl.
Here are some live owls that were there at the opening of the garden.
You also helped to pay for this beautifully carved tree trunk.
