These building are at the back of the main building & are being renovated into flats for traumatised ex-service personnel & will be shared by members of Blind Veterans & BLESMA. The cost of the restoration is in the region of £1.6 million. These are listed buildings & they house bats as does the main building so you can imagine the red tape.

Not sure what the bat inference means are they a protected animal? If so that makes it difficult and another challenge over here bats transmit so many life threatening diseases, the bane of fruit growers etc.

So much work to do there mate have success and once more thanks for sharing.

The buildings look great Bill they should be stunning when they are finished. It certainly sounds a lot of money to get them up to scratch but will be well worth it. An ideal project for Lottery Grant !!
