Well second show helping my local turners club out at the show stand. No sales but a couple of potentials, and the club nicked three of my little turned boxes and vases for the tombola, so actually this show I made a loss without even trying.

But I learnt a bit more, and so i got home started a proper price list with refill option and prices and I opened a bottle of Box Stream Brewery from Wiltshire called Funnel Blower, a dark vanilla porter, on special at Lidl £1.49 a bottle.

I might not be a good turner, and I can not sell my pens for love nor money, but I can sup a good ale, and this is a good ale. there's always a bright side to life.
