Jalapeno poppers. My family loves them as well. I am the sole cook and rotate 3 recipes. This batch will last one more day. I only planted 4 plants this year when I normally 6. That means I have to wait longer between batches. Recipe available on request.

Split and clean 15-20 medium size jalapeno peppers. Mix 8 oz of cream cheese, 4 oz gorgonzola together and fill pepper halves. Wrap with half a strip of bacon. Put a line of honey barbecue sauce on top of the bacon. Bake 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees. You may have to bake longer if you like the bacon crisp.

They looks delicious I will give this a try as all the ingrediants you are what we eat but at separate times, so easy to get hold of.
