Snow fell here this morning we are surrounded by snow in the mountains but this was in our back yards temp dropped 10 degrees in one hour. Fortunately it came with rain so no damage reported.

9 years? Blimey Peter we get it every year. Not at Christmas like did in the 1960's though. Now usually in February :rolling:

Was a tease yesterday in our local paper there was a pic of a snowman on tele this morning they showed a pic of news guys making the 3 inch snowman and photographing it close up. Some things are rare these days mate.:winking:

The storm passed during our cat nap time the weather is on the mend and 0 to 15 degrees in the next day or so and the winter is still apon us the leaves on our Ash tree are nearly ready to sprout their mock flowers then leaves evidence of spring prep everywhere. Even though we only installed 1.5 kw of Solar on the roof we are in profit on the Electricity account for some reason Canberra receives one of the highest sun readings around the country. Will not be too long before I can freely go to and from the workshop again.
