I had a parcel due it at the weekend from America, the tracking stated it was out on route for delivery Friday .. When i checked the tracking again Saturday morning it had been changed to delivered at 7.40am, no delivery here .. :madashell:

I emailed the guy in America to see if he could chase this up, a quick reply stating he would be able to get some news back by Tuesday .. He even stated he would post out again if he couldn't get to the bottom of it .. Now this is great service from the guy, but why should he have to post off the items again when it is the delivery service that has somehow either delivered to someone else or the worst scenario not delivered at all .. I have cameras on my front doors that show no delivery at this time and no card was posted to say it was left with a neighbour etc .. :sob:

Recently experienced this situation here Jim with mail delivery receiving differing status now together with the inevitable increases . Similar lies. The consolation it was here just never delivered no note in the box either. Trust it is solved your end the dealer sounds like a good one.

It's good of the Guy to re send, let's hope you get the first one before it comes to that.

Had a similar thing happen last year Jim. The dealer re sent the items which were delivered to me within 7 days. 4 months later the original parcel turned up. I contacted the dealer to let him know and he told me to keep the goods as compensation for inconvenience.

I had one a couple of months ago and it turned out that the delivery meant it had been delivered to the local sorting office, it took around a week after that before I got it.

I think Peter may have solved it ...probably delivered somewhere else and will eventually turn up
