In the UK Turners Warehouse.

Peter.
Brilliant Peter, thank you for the link and extra info. That link does work now. I tried looking through his videos last night but couldn't find the correct one. I'd love to find an alternative finish to CA as I have developed a reaction to it.
Cheers Derek

Spray can 400ml 13 pound at Amazon UK............. for Diamond Finish Clear Coat instead of CA mate. Also go to KBS Coatings in Australia and download Instructions (6 pages in detail)

Are you saying that's the finish you use i.e a spray version rather than a dip?

Right got it! I thought people are using the finish as a casting medium. We're both on the same song sheet now. Your info has nevertheless been very helpful and much appreciated. Thanks Peter

You are welcome, naming methods are confusing, happy to help. Just off to hospital had a huge fall yesterday and my internet connection was almost useless yesterday, not strong enough to run a speedtest then or this day.

Great, [emoji106] maybe you'll have to learn to sit at the lathe for now [emoji848]

I always sit to use my lathe ,have done for many years now. I am reminded continually at 6 feet two inches in height of the need to compact activities. Our house has 9 feet ceilings, much better than being able to reach up to touch them.I did some research on long boats where the ceillng is around six feet.I stand for hours attending to my plants the Carnivorous ones ,no probs, matter of choice for me.

Looking to get back in the workshop soon.
