I had a query no you lot not a queery darlings:kiss:.

So I made contact with our leader Phil and I would like to say what a great service he provides within two days all sorted out.

I believe that we all should praise those that go that extra mile as many times all we hear of suppliers is when things go wrong. So I thought I would post when something goes right. Well done Phil and thank you for the advice:thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

Hope I have not embarrassed you mate

Often I have felt Phil treads a difficult path what with adjudicating pen of the week, participating in the program, being selected personally, selling product etc etc all of this I believe he does sincerely and well. Merry Christmas Phil.

Peter.

Thank you very much indeed for your kind comments gents. In my time I have been treated well by some suppliers, and appallingly by others. Everything that comes out of Beaufort Ink is inspired primarily by the fact that first and foremost I am a pen maker, so I'm very happy to be able to share some of the knowledge I've accumulated and the things I've learned during the course of my journey. I like to help my customers in the same manner that I would like to be treated myself. It's called customer service these days, but to me it's just common courtesy and support. I'm delighted to have been able to help Derek.

Peter.
Whole heartedly agree with you Peter.
Phil must want to advertise his products all the time, but he doesn’t.
The quality of the pens sells themselves.
Merry Christmas to all our members and Happy pen turning for 2018.
