Im just home for the weekend too......
Been in Yarkshire all week, but on hols today.. but Im shooting today and tomorrow.. so no time for turning :whistling:

it was a mixed bag, mainly pheasant, partridge, pigeon, and woodcock... was a good day, but snowed very heavily.........
Wife has confiscated my landrover again.... so i have to get a lift tomorrow again..:thinks:

nope, just put tomorrow s shoot lunch in the oven Jim......

red onion and chorizo tartlets.... should keep them quiet at lunch :funny: oh and some stinky cheese and oat cakes...

game pie can wait..

Matty pack it in, i will end up with sore lips ... (Drooling) :ciggrin: I have had pigeon once but it was a very long time ago. :thumbs:

Just home for the weekend myself. 6 inch of snow on the ground in south wales but just starting to thaw. Got back to Wrexham and its started to snow again, can't get away from it. Still I've got an order for a pen to make and another in the pipeline so must look on the bright side.

Snow or not Keith, it is always nice knowing you have some sales ... It gives a little more publicity as they show them off to their friends and family .. Nice to hear. :thumbs:

shooting today..... :whistling: last day of the game season... :noway1:
Shooting tomorrow......... start of pigeoning and rabbiting now the pheasants are finished :itscool:
may turn some pens Sunday..... in between log chopping.... (i'm out of firewood) :crybaby: wifes on the war path.

Will be in the shed again this weekend, i have a new supply of PR, all the pieces are now working on the pot so hopefully some home made pen blanks will be made along with a few pens ready to turn ... :thumbs:

i managed to get home a day early......... so .......
I have a 40'th birthday present to make tomorrow night.....
then stalking sat morning, 40th sat afternoon.
Stalking sun morning, and maybe more log choppin' sunday afternoon......

god I lead an exciting life..

Prepared a few blanks for tomorrow, not had much time as i spent just about all day on a project that is doing my head in .. :vangry: Pressure pot anyone ... :down:
