Good morning,

I'd like to let you know of an international charity event I am organising which is quickly growing in popularity on Facebook and Twitter. Entitled 'A Turn for the Good' I have teamed up with a friend in the US to organise woodturners from around the globe to turn a piece for auction mid July, 2018.

In a nutshell, I will auction each piece on my Ebay page with all proceeds going to charities nominated by each turner.

We already have 30+ members to the Facebook group page, including some 'big' names in the YouTube Woodturning community.

These pieces will be original, never to be made again and will be of exceptional quality.

I invite you to take time and look at the Facebook group and also look at my YouTube channel video which both explain the event in more detail.

I think it would be a good piece to have on local news. I am more than willing to come and be interviewed. The added media coverage would be very beneficial to raising as much as possible through the auction for good causes.
