Cheap Bandsaw tune up on U Tube could be a guide for you, also heaps of other bandsaw tips on U Tube. If you need to replace the neoprene band on the wheels I used rubber from a store and glued it on with the glue used for laminate,it worked for many years before I gave it to a mens shed still going great there.

This Vid might help you.:thinks:

Thanks for that just watched it after I stripped mine right down and worked out the top wheel was tilted so sorted that, then just pulled the rest of it to bits, derusting the allan screws overnight, have given it a good clean and will reasemble it tomorrow
It was cutting fine but the blade was all over the place as the guides were not set properly, due to adjusmenr screws being rusted, got a few good tips from the vid for reassembly, its never going to be a top class saw but with proper set up it will do the job, and given that it was free its a great bargain
Cheers

I look to my small bandsaws for special jobs, never dissapointed by them. A recent one was cutting an ancient molar.Using metal cutting blades they are ideal for cutting brass inserts.
