Outside offcuts from different Mallee Burls, the result of slicing to get pen and other blanks. Fair bit of burning rubbish but........... a few from the top random there are most pieces of great value to me.

So...I bet you won't ship over to the other Yankee land, eh? What a beautiful pile of wood. My imagination is running wild! The best part is that you hoard such things - a real testament to what we do. DO NOT BURN!

Sorry I gave the wrong impression just as pen casters revere their mixed blanks I have great respect for the beautiful designs mother nature provides where the bark is held on Mallee Burl. I n my life it seems feast and famine rule. With a feast of friends who will receive a lot of these they will be treasured. All this will take place here in Canberra personally. My idea of sharing in the spirit of how I received them. I was burned severely by guys in the past going with them direct to my mate for world class burl. The last time this guy chose, accepted the price and then made an offer which my mate accepted then he said ok and in a salutary gesture when my turn to pay for mine came he added what the other bloke had taken off his bill. Do you know what, I paid it never spoke to the ideot who betrayed me after my counselling him beforehand ever since. Lesson learned, respect your friendly dealer,if you do they in return will respect you.

That said you can see why I love the Mallees .:thinks::goesred:
