Hi guys,
Been trying to contact pencrafts.co.uk with no avail. Are they still trading?
The "contact me" button sends you to a 403 page, so internet problems on their side.
I have even found their email address and sent a mail to them, still no answer.
Any thoughts,

Hi Kelvin, I placed an order with them yesterday and got an acknowledgement and a order shipped e-mail, they must be there, somewhere.

Hi Vic,
I can get the contact page, but if you fill in the name, email and Enquiry box, not forgetting the "agree" box, then send - it comes back with error 403, Forbidden.
This means "The 403 Forbidden error is an HTTP status code which means that accessing the page or resource you were trying to reach is absolutely forbidden for some reason"
As I said, strange
