Ask away Alex & don't be afraid that any of your questions are silly or to basic, why should you know the answers if this is something new to you. I am a novice myself so won't be anwering your questions lol, but there are plenty of experts on the forum willing to help

Welcome Alex from over here. Step one look for a Wood Group in your area,be inquisitive there and observe their workshop gear etc. Broad approach helps.
