Well looks like my pen making days are numbered :sob:
Well for a few months anyway.:thinks:
We will (hopefully) be moving to a new house after 22 years in this one and everything has to be packed away, then with all the work needed on the new place I doubt if I will get the chance to make anything :crybaby::crybaby::crybaby:

I will get the two Nail Art pens completed but that will be about it from me for a while.

I will call in every now and then and once SWMBO has decided I have done enough to be allowed into my workshop - Oh yes that's something else I will have to build first :rolling: - I will be back

A New Year and a fresh new start in a new home

Hope the move goes well Colin. Get your priorities right and build the workshop first I am sure SWMBO will understand

Where abouts are you moving to Colin?

About 30 miles north of Poole.
A little village and a two bed bungalow right on the edge of the village.
Big rear garden and nothing out the front but fields

Moving from a 4 bed Mid Terrace on the edge of a very large estate.
So looking forward to it.
Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly :thinks:

Vic..... SWMBO just laughed at me :rolling:

But you need to build the shed first

1 for storing things in while the renovations are being done, mainly the lathe but don't tell the wife:thumbs:
2 You need somewhere to work on the things that need doing for the house. A good excuse to to sneak a little turning:whistling:
3 somewhere to hide if you make a mess up:funny::funny::funny:

Don't let the wife see these reasons:thinks:

Best of luck with your move, a new year & a new beginning lol

I would have to agree with Dalboy, if you have work to do in the house then you will need a base of operations!!

As above.....I work in a shipping container:whistling:

The best of luck with your sale and move Colin. You've already had all the arguments in favour of getting that workshop up on day one. Whether it's day one or in six months time, do drop in here from time to time and keep in touch in the meantime. You'll be missed!!
