    Wood!!

Hi all, Some might know I work at a school.... Well this week I was asked by a parent if we wanted some "free wood" apparently he runs his own joinery company, well rude not to accept then.....
If I go can I get first dibbs??
What I collected was already on a pallet and loaded via forklift straight into my van..... Wow!!
Most pieces are between 18" and 2' long 3/4 to1 1/2 thick, we have Oak, Green heart, Sapele, American black Walnut, Maple and Piranha pine.... OK nothing stunning but this could be very nice for segmenting..... In total we had 4 wheelie bins full of solid timber and about the same in veneered ply/mdf.... IMG_20190124_112001.jpg
Just some of what I started to unload

I only open my mouth...to change feet...

    That's a nice haul Mark.
If I'm ever on life support unplug me. Then plug me back in. See if that works.

You are lucky there, make a couple pens for him and you might have a never ending supply.

I've told @flexi that if he brings it all down here I will show him how to do it properly instead of turning little sticks to write with
