Well done Glen. It's always a good tactic to get as high up the organisation as possible with complaints. That's where the decision makers are and I know, from experience, that for the sake of a few quid they would prefer a quiet life!

Glad you got it sorted Glen though I'm sure receipt of the items in the first place would have been better.

If I have an issue with a company which isn't sorted quickly, happily most are, I always go straight to the top, usually an emailed letter to the CEO or MD gets some action.
There are several websites to get info on most companies, my goto one is http://www.ceoemail.com/
