Replying with quotes

I notice on more than one occasion people replying to people using quotes and starting a new post for everyone they answer.

Just for your information, there is a way around this by pressing the symbol that I have circled for all the posts that you want to quote and then press the "Reply to thread" at the bottom of the page this will bring up the post editor with all of the posts that you want to quote all you need to do is place the curser under each one to comment to their question.
