Hi all,

I was asked to "do something" for a local cancer charity. Never displayed or ran a stall before in my life. It turned out to be a very enjoyable day especially as my Son and two granddaughters turned up. I sold four pens and gave two away and the small coloured bowl went as well. Gave the charity a few quid as well.

The company and atmosphere was very congenial.

I wonder which way up this one will be........I give up!!!

Cheers,
Frederick

It must have been a good day your head is spinning please wait until it is the right way up before taking the picture:wink::wink::wink::devil::devil::devil:

Glad you enjoyed it and that you sold something, maybe more events in the future. If like me people have lots of questions about what you have. Just something simple, try not to put stuff in the bowls as people like to pick those up and look at them

There you are Frederick

:funny::funny::funny:Thanks Derek, appreciate it. My stall did create a lot of interest and I did receive some very favourable comments and thousands of questions. Some people were amazed what could be done. I will not put pens etc in bowls next time. You are right though, everyone was trying to pick them up and had to empty them first.

Thanks for help,

Cheers

If room is a problem on a table a couple of simple things can be done the first is buy some cheap plate stands which will allow some of the bowls to be stood in those which will allow for people to still pick them up. Another thing is a small collapsible shelf along the back this will add a little hieght to your display this combined with the plate stands this would mean the things you have along the back can stand on the shelf and the bowls in plate stands in front of that leaving the rest of the table free to display the pens.
Don't overcrowd the table but have spare bits to fill a gap. I know this may be something to think about later down the line if you end up doing more.

This is mine a little more than what you would need but you can see the basic idea. The first picture is if you have a set up without a shelf the second shows my shelf all be it with extra shelf height. You would need to workout what would suit your needs
