Sand the face flat, cut the back end of the branch flat; turn a bowl in the branch dark bit with the voids and use the cut off bit as a foot to support the lot as an offset bowl with nice sides, market it as a chip and dip and put a little glass bowl on the burr face that will appear to hold the dip.

Do not turn it into pen blanks you know you want to send that to me as a friendship present:funny::funny::funny:

Leave it as it is and place in the wood store if you cut it up you may regret it in the future. if you decide to cut it up, make some hybrid blanks either for pens or blocks and turn some spheres
