Neat Angelo, lots of processes in this one I am familiar with. Deserving of high praise mate. Deep knurling I love the scribed circular lines for interest and hidden joints.Impeccable clip ,matching and proud. Lot of time and skill invested for this top result.

No laquer, just sanded to 2500 emery then polished with Brasso

The Brass pen weighs 2.3oz=65g Any wood ones weigh 1.4oz=45g

Sorry, it's a Gt Knurl kit, I made the blank from the brass stock.
