Hi all,
No1 for today's offerings is this TM Epsilon with a Cs blank I managed to squeeze out.... Its OD was spot on finish size so just a polish on the cap end:ciggrin:IMG_20220413_155032.jpg
I do love this stuff, if it wasn't so awkward!

Hi Neil,
i have a number of these rods, the awkwardness is that they are pre drilled and sometimes the hole can be too big for your intended kit tube or the blank isn't a big enough diameter to meet the bushes,( this one was a perfect tube fit but also a perfect size on the upper bushes, no wiggle room). It means that not all kits will fit . I have to say they are an absolute pleasure to turn and polish very easily, way easier than any modern material...:banana:

Cheers Mark, I started to feel that they were the worst material possible to turn, any advice on increasing the id if required?

Hi Neil,
I have been able to drill the ID bigger by stepping up drill bits, but they can be a bugger to hold and if you squish them too much then you run the risk of over boring them.... Patience is the key with them, but they are sooo worth it:tongue:
