Pressure pot rack

Decided to upgrade my current set up.
Well all the way across the board to be fair. 2nd pressure pot installed. Had to make more moulds to use in it. Decided to make a rack to make loading and unloading easier.
Quite pleased how this is going.
Now just got to find room for the new vacuum chamber and pump.

Yes the sunken pot makes it easier I find as I clamped one of the points to stop it spinning while tightening too.

As recommended in America following a pot failure your recessing the pots makes heaps of sense to me,it provides a spill tray as well to make needed addition.

Very similar to some I made a few months ago, they are great for being able to just flick off any spilt resin, which is impossible to do with wooden trays/caddys or whatever you want to call them.

Edit: it's just a pitty HDPE is so bloody expensive :-(

I also lined the sides & the bottom of my pressure pots with HDPE as well, the bottom is a bit of a bodge at the moment though as my CNC was out of action when I Lined the chambers.

Went down the route of the professional kitchen chopping boards. Light texture to the boards but cheaper than HDPE sheets like you say.
Originally used the microwave space saver things but they not the most stable items. Had one fall over and dump a full triple blank in bottom of pot.
It did show how much the bottom of pot bows under pressure though which was interesting.

Yes slightly as it showed on the board I had in bottom. Flush at sides but domed resin stuck to underside.
I been led to believe there always a little of this in all pots it just showed more due to basically pouring resin straight in pot and letting it set in there then taking out and break in half.
