took it from An american book.
I changed the Dowel size to 9mm as it was all i had, all other measurements were in imperial, even the half inch hole for the candles fits a 12mm spell candle perfectly.

Well seen and made Johnny with two very active cats we use electric candles ie battery fed for our own safety.
