Up until yesterday pm I had a pen on the lathe waiting for the copper in-fill to cure. Then I applied my inconsiderable turning skills to ruin it :sob:

I am in a transition of a bowl, i have done the bottom with the mortice but have removed it from the lathe and it is indoors at the moment. I wont be back to it till after the weekend :sob:
There are always cobwebs and dust in my shed, how you guys keep immaculately clean sheds i will never know, shavings get everywhere, even on the ceiling.

On the lathe a hub for a wheel for the chassis of the model I am making. Next to this two sets of candle sticks, a foot stool, head of a walking stick and a gnome half carved. I am sure there are more

Our girls are starring in the Womens World Cup but the men over here went on strike, as a result they are now unemployed. Will look for film of this test with interest mate, thanks for the heads up.

Our fourth daughter Mandy is visiting here first time for years. She just lost her very best friend who came from New Zealand so I gave her this pen made from NZ Pau Shell strips as a momento from my collection. She loves it.

Peter.
