I like it. Is the black a result of filled cracks? What is the size?

Thanks Terry. Yes I filled the cracks... one was all the way through. Sorry... didn't measure it before giving it as a present, but I would say approx 8 inches across.

How did you fill the cracks?

There's a cherry tree due to come down at the caravan site where we have a static. Already claimed it :thumbs::drool:

A very nice bowl and the use of black to fill the cracks does not distract from it
