Hi Guys,
I made a wedding pen stand for my brothers coming wedding in March. It was made from Mahogany, via an old hotel bar from Tenby, South Wales, not far from us. I know this is true, because the original owner lives next door to us and I have his original hotel brochures and a original official guide to Tenby 1994, which his hotel is listed.
The four bronze feet are from Jon at Prokraft, thanks again Jon. The other embellishments are from *bay.

Fitting and lovely touch for the wedding. Not often we get a chance to help our rellies at a ceremony like this. Great intuition.

Peter.

Mike, the fountain pen kit may have refill problems, but the rollerball kit takes a normal Schmitt refill.

Hi Pete,
Unfortunately, registrars will not allow you to use normal ink on signing a wedding register. It must be archival ink, which you cannot get in a ball point or roller ball. I know, I've be down that route. I have even tried to fill an old cartridge with this archival ink, only to finish with a black mess.
I my case, the pen will only be used as a prop, to take photos of the mock up signing of the register and then as a keep sake for the married couple.
