    Novelty box!

Had a Smashing time demonstrating how to make this at Huddersfield Woodturners in Holmfirth last night.

I can't decide whether to be a good example, or a horrible warning!

You smashed that one Neil. Certainly is a novelty. A good piece for a demo as it involves many different techniques.

Not sure about that Derek. Looks like it could be mashed, but apparently you can't tell the difference. Have you tried licking it Neil?

We all obviously wasted our childhoods spending too much time watching adverts on the telly.

The youngest members of the club got it though 2 older didn't

When I left school I was Apprenticed as a Lithographer. One of the college subjects I had to do was on the quality of asthetics.

You may be shown a picture or a quote from an advert that everyone knew but if you couldn't name the product it was obviously a fail.

    "It's frothy man"?
    "i'm a secret lemonade drinker"?
    "Sticks out a mile"? etc.

    Love it Neil.
Stick some long hair on and it becomes a self portrait.
