Hollow form

Not done a hollow form for quite a while so thought about time I did another. Made from field maple for the main body, American black walnut for the top and beech for the finial. Was going to colour the finial but liked it the way it looked contrasting against the lid.
The bottom has a little ripple going on.

Size is 7 1/4" dia and 6 3/4" tall

Thank you guys I want to experiment with other shaped finials as most forms that have them seem to go with the traditional turned type
