Hint for Drying I installed a pull down ladder in the hallway ,installed yellow tongue on the ceiling joists, use a fan 24/7 facing them. Takes but 30 seconds to access them weigh a test bunch every week, record and when stable they go into the blank room. Most all of these are pens somewhere now. Also have a high mounted fan under the tiles that in a controlled way and temp setting via ducting to 7 areas in the house help bring up the house temp to around 16 degrees C even after a minus 4 frost. We have wonderful sunshine hours.

Peter.
