Earing stands

I little while ago I did someone a favour by turning some knobs and in return, he made me part of a jig for drilling holes for earing stands(the metal parts in the picture). anyway, at last, I got around to using it and these two are the results.

Made from Oak and American Black Walnut

Handy disk for this repetitive task,thanks for sharing Derek.

All I need is 1/2" thick discs of wood about the size of the disc. I can get two in the jig with a thinner piece underneath as a sacrificial block. that means I can drill two at a time.
