Rookie error - bought some lovely kits for the designer twist pencil... Didn't click hard enough to add the bushes to the order!
Does anyone know if I could use some from something else?

I seem to have a nice collection of bushings, but have never made the designer twist so can't work out what else might be similar.

The IAP app tells me this - I cannot translate it into something I might know!!

Thanks in advance

Hi I have a set of cone bushes.....these will fit most tubes up to 12mm. Then i can turn anything and with the use of calipers I can make any kit, also it helps with worn bushes by just double checking:thumbs::thumbs:

One quick solution for yourself would be just to find bushes that fit the internal size of your tubes and then just turn down with the use of calipers:thinks::thinks:

As Mark said or just make your own. Easy enough to do using scrap hardwood, plastic, acrylic blank offcuts or for more durable some aluminium or brass.
You know the dia of your mandrel or check with calipers, Use those also to check internal / external tube dia (the drill size is listed as 8mm) and check the dia of the pen fittings to determine your finished sizes.
