Hi all,
An idea I have had, OKAY maybe not the best but I'll run with it.... IMG_20210210_131214.jpg
This is the Bridge city sled plane, designed to run on/with their chopstick master jig..... Well my thoughts are to use a spare mandrel and with it mounted in an indexing jig, use the depth stop on the plane to produce faceted pens..... Well that's the plan, now to build it:book::book:

It will look more like that shortly..... The first recommended mod is to swap the hex screws for stainless thumb turns:tongue::tongue:

Have you won the lottery Mark?

If only Phil..... I nearly bought from the US, they had a Chinese New year sale.... The quoted postage was more than the plane cost, that and then import duty it was cheaper at Axi::sob::sob:

I find that small box to be unstable just resurrected my own creation, time will tell, dropped a key refurbishing ,spent 4 hours stripped the workshop surrounds, the confounded thing ended up only falling 6 inches. So I went all round theunit and closed all gaps, guess all is well that ends well, next to set up the extractor anew in the next couple of days.Mark enjoy your making and cutting.

Peter.
