    What’s this hole for?

    Hi question to the assembled Woodturning Guru’s. I have never noticed this little hole on the toolrest before...? What on earth is it for? Can anyone see the photo? Is in preview but does not seem to be there when posted?? Kevin:banana:

    Made my first pen to day. A bullet pen nothing complicated. The wood turned out very weĺl. I only have a metal lathe but it worked out really well. I used a round profiling carbide cutter to turn the blank down to size then switched to sand paper to get the corect finnish. Once assembled the...
