    Hi, I started looking how to turn a pen. Apparrently the first thing I need is a lathe. Started building the aformentioned lathe last week, until it is in a useable state I am reading all the tips and tricks here and gathering bits and bobs that may be useful. If I can start a pen early next...

    Been wasting time in the workshop again

    Not woodwork, well there is at least a bit of burr elm there. No wonder I don't have time to make pens. :thinks: The missus is pleased with them but Bob's bored now so started a little carving for the granddaughter. Made from scrap copper pipe of various sizes from 6mm up.
