    Out of commission

    In 2016 I injured myself and was away from the shed for almost a year. Well it's happened again except I don't have a clue how I was injured. No falls, no accidents, nothing. One day I woke up sore and it didn't get better. MRI confirmed rotator cuff damage AND a torn bicep tendon...
