    Had a blow out

    Just finishing, with one last turn and Bang. Hadnt happened for years..... so I'm putting it down to a crack and not me! I had to turn the cap off and lucky enough I had just enough Desert Ironwood to do the cap with cap ends of Acacia. Majestic Jnr. kit.

    Had a few hours in me workshop this morning and made a few pens three astons dressed in first one Walnut then desert Akron wood and Burr Oak also two sierras one in Elm burr and one in mountain Ash

    ACACIA Waddywood

    Only 1000 of these trees indigenous to Australia from a 200 yr old fallen tree. Heartwood is reddish love the contrast with sapwood very hard to get as well,strong heavy timber from the edges of the Simpson Desert. Peter.
