    Pair of Mistrals in an oak burr

    Evening all, the fountain pen has a Bock nib (fine) otherwise it's a normal kit. I prefer the metal to match up. The burr is from Linga Terra - otherwise known as Dave. Turning was a steady process of taking a bit off - filling in the holes - taking a bit more - filling in the holes - et al. But...

    Maple burl

    Hi All, This was going to be for a Rollester pen kit but I decided not to fit the parts. The wood was pretty punky and I didn't do a great job of filling. I wanted to see how this lovely Maple looked with a finish, so I completed the process. Maple burl pen blank - YouTube
