    Razor handles

How many of you make razors either for yourselves or for sale. What do you use for the handles do you stick to acrylic type blanks or have you used wood. If you use wood what finish do you use as it comes into contact with water on a daily basis (well that is if you shave everyday).

    Handles

Today I mostly be making handles for my long hole boring shell augers. One restored 3/8" given to me by my good friend Neil Lawton and fitted with a mahogany handle and a new Record Power 5/16" fitted with an ash handle. Wood is just off cuts from around the workshop, ferrules are Ashley Iles ones.
