    I don't think I've showed this here but was reminded about it on a FB post. Bill Mooney sent me this pen in his signature shape a few years back as I'd sent him the crosscut Sycamore blank. I keep this for showing in turning lessons when appropriate.

    There was a time when I was in the army we used to produce a document after an exercise/operation called 'Lessons Learned' or L2. We later changed it to 'Lessons Identified' because no bugger learned anything! Well, I'm now 4 pens into my initial 5 pen starter batch, and this is what I have...
