    Follow on from "Hmpff" thread

I have put this here as I have a few questions. Here are the photo's of the blank I managed to mess up. Some of the potential solutions have really peeked my interest, Aluminium powder, Milliput and the powders from Metallic Powder - Turners Retreat and I am hoping to try them out at the end...

    Milliput

Hi Everyone, I just kinda got into Milliput and I'm knocked out with some of it's possibilities. I just wondered, silly as it sounds, if anyone had applied Milliput directly to the brass tube and lathed it down from there..... Regards - Jim:drool:

    Milliput Slimline Pens

1st time using milliput for pens. A bit apprehensive when mixing the different colours. Very hard to judge the amount needed. All in all I'm pretty happy with the results!
