    Drill press table part 2 - done it!

    Had a spare half hour today, dug out the bottle jack and found a brand new scissor jack I forgot I had bought. The scissor jack was a simple solution for my drill press and works perfectly. the jack has a grooved top which locates on to the central rib under the table, I cut a bit of 9mm ply...

    Thanks to you chaps who gave me advice about pillar drills and how a lot here use the lathe to drill blanks ,Just received my Axemister chuck and pen jaws and tried it out ,Wow perfectly central ,You’ve all probably saved me money there so cheers ,Ian

    Zephyr in Buckeye Burr

    Last one for today and this is my favourite and a definite keeper. This is my first Zephyr and won't be my last. A really well machined kit with simple and perfectly fitting parts so easy to make up and a different looking pen from the norm :thumbs:
