    Cancer awareness Tempest

Following on from the slimline “awareness pen” I finished a Tempest using the Sapphire Radiance blank. I was hoping to do a “johnny5” and attach a pin on the clip. Unfortunately Ive not been able to find a suitable pin. Anyone offer any suggestions? (The photo was vertical ☹️) Dave

    CORYMBIA maculata AKA Spotted Gum.

A Burl blank, never seen the Burl Form before. The tree is indigenous to Australia, has a Gray stem with white bark that flakes away leaving conspicuous spots ,the reason it is commonly called Spotted Gum. This blank the only one I have seen came from the Southern Tablelands in Queensland. Peter.
