Corian cutie with integral center band

Just wanted to take the plainness off a bit of corian on a slimline. So incorporated a piece of acrylic to the bottom section also this gets away from the wasp waist. On finishing it the wife nice ladies pen, think she's spot on. On a slimline the corian is not to heavy so my do a couple of more...

    Number Ten.

If I am totally honest we had a couple of practice jobs between number 9 and this one but it was worth it as I think this has come out really well. my best work yet. It's Beaufort Black Ebony Alternative and I have gone with the same material for the section, previously I have been using the...

    Small Bullet pen!

With apologies to Mark who 1) knows about shooting and 2) knows about making pens... I've cobbled this together: It's a Winchester 243 (doesn't mean a lot to me I'm afraid) And as I've only made kits before, I'm quietly quite proud of myself in making it into an actual working pen...

    Mossy oak

Hi all, two from today..... I found a box with 2 pairs of these blanks I bought from the States.....licenced Mossy oak real tree blanks.....2bolt action and 2 jnr Gents. The Gent I paired with a gold Sigma I actually quite like it, I was thinking black like the PSI bolt:thinks: but I am happy...

    Big bullet pens

I really like makeing these, the difficulty is in getting the case's. I tube up two blanks and turn to fit inside the cases, groove and glue in, trim square and fit the kit. These are .500 nitro express cases, but I have now also .600 & .700 cases seriously big cases

Kitless in well just about every colour

Really don't like this blank, had to say that first. It worked very well, but just too much for me. Good practise for though.

    Mulberry Fountain pen.

Locally grown Mulbery on this one with Conway Stuart acrylic section. I will probably make a wooden section to finish this one off. Just need to save up for the triple start tap and die for the cap now.

    Cat Corian

This is the first use of corian used for this cat pen for the granddaughters birthday. Does look ok but corian is not my thing and it's to heavy. Love a piece of wood with some segmenting. Each to their own.

    Digital TV Antenna Pen

This slimline consists off Walnut,Digital TV Aerial and crayons. The antenna tubing fits the crayons perfect.

    Red Pen

I hesitated over posting this as I'm pretty sure you're getting bored by now but this is my little nod to Beaufort Ink. Phil was very helpful to me when I started down the road of kitless pens so I wanted to share one that I made entirely from his products. It's a single piece of Semplicita...

    Kitless twig.

As Ash has been blowing everyone away with his amazing kitless turnings I thought I would try and give him a run for his money with my kitless twig. This kit does not have a cap, so it could get messy.:funny:

    Cypress olive

Hi all, A couple of Olive Sirocco's....the olive is from a work colleague and has come from a church in Cypress ( legally attained) these will be returning when permitted to go to the archbishop. The wood is 200+ years old and very very dry, it's fought me all the way....there were 3 blanks...

    Celtic Knot His and Hers

Had to have a go at after seeing a pair. This is a real challenge as doing a Celtic I never cut all the way through on the bandsaw. But with this you have to, only way to produce it. Everything has to be spot on unfortunately not everything is. However first attempt so I am happy now know what I...

    Number 9

Number 9 came out this weekend, basically a clone of the one I made for my wife, number 8, but trying to take on board some of the feedback on the shape and form of the pen. This one is for a colleague's wife and my first commission, although I am doing it at cost, well, 78p labour to round it...

    Faith, Hope and Love

Turned another Faith, Hope and Love pen today. In my mind they are not perfect as I think I should have spent a bit more time polishing them. I am still learning.....
