    I have put this here as I have a few questions. Here are the photo's of the blank I managed to mess up. Some of the potential solutions have really peeked my interest, Aluminium powder, Milliput and the powders from Metallic Powder - Turners Retreat and I am hoping to try them out at the end...

    best dyes and powders to colour resin.

    Fraid I am after more advice!!! I have am probably going to be using P6 resin for my opaque blanks and have seen a sample pack of powders from MrMica would these be suitable to colour my blanks or would I be better using liquid dyes? Will also be using Aluminite amazing clear can I also colour...

    another Resin and Pinecone bowl

    cast in a block using an old cake tin and turned on the lathe. Made from Polyester resin, mica powders and pinecones cast in several layers over a few days
