    Hi all, had to work late tonight, so took the opportunity of a bit of workshop time!! I think I saved the best till last, it might be a keeper or very expensive :face:.... Might give it another polish later:praying:

    A Canberra Street tree clouted on felling many years ago by a mate who obtained Black Locust Burl ,only a wee bit,he gave vme these two scraps. Have saved them for along this time,such strong beaut timber. Petrer.:goesred::goesred:

    Can I Save this?

    I started turning this 8" x 2.5" oak blank today and spotted this crack :sob: It goes all the way through - can it be saved? And if so, how? Thanks in advance :thumbs::thumbs:
