    This is the one I posted about while I was still finishing it, at last, have managed to complete it. Again this is a chestnut burr finished with Chestnut stains and acrylic lacquer measures 4 1/2" X 2 1/4"

    Burnt and stained

    Just finished this vase, had a bit of seepage between colours when brushing on the sanding sealer, but I'm reasonably happy with it. I will use a spray on sealer when using stains in the future.
